  • What is CSP 3, and why is it important for epoxy flooring?

CSP stands for Concrete Surface Profile, which measures how rough a concrete surface is after preparation.

CSP 3 is a medium surface profile, ideal for epoxy coatings.

It ensures proper adhesion, prevents peeling or bubbling, and balances roughness with finish quality.

Achieved through light diamond grinding or shot blasting.

  • How do you repair damaged concrete?

    Concrete restoration can include:

    • Filling and sealing cracks
    • Repairing spalling (flaking or chipping)
    • Smoothing damaged areas
    • Applying overlays or repair compounds

This protects against moisture, de-icing salts, and extreme temperatures common in Pennsylvania and the Mid-Atlantic.

  • Can you remove old coatings, tile, or flooring?

    Yes! We handle:

    • Tile removal and thin-set demolition
    • Epoxy or other old coatings
    • Floor leveling and preparation for new installations

We use dust-controlled equipment and ensure surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for your new flooring.

  • Do you do polishing and terrazzo refinishing?

    Absolutely!

    • Concrete polishing: restores high-gloss floors, removes imperfections, and enhances durability.
    • Terrazzo refinishing: grinds and polishes terrazzo floors, fills cracks, and seals the surface for a long-lasting, beautiful finish.
  • Can you work on new construction projects?

Yes, we provide concrete grinding, finishing, and preparation services for new commercial construction projects. We ensure a smooth, durable, and level surface ready for coatings or other finishes.

  • How do I know if my floor needs leveling?

Signs your floor may need leveling:

    • Uneven or sloping areas
    • Cracks or dips in concrete
    • Difficulty installing flooring over the surface
    • Leveling ensures a safe, smooth, and durable surface for epoxy, tile, or other coatings.
  • How long does concrete restoration or polishing take?

    Timing depends on the service:

    • Minor crack repairs: a few hours
